We hope you love your pieces from Matriarch! But, we understand shopping online has its beauty and its challenges, and sometimes, it just doesn't work out. 

Matriarch is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. 

Please note: refunds for a return are processed after your returned items have arrived at our facility and are reviewed for condition.  

Matriarch Return Policy 

Returns are on us!

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unwashed, unworn with all original tags, and in its original packaging. Please provide your order number when making your return inquiry.

We can only accept merchandise that is unworn, unwashed, and has original tags intact within 15 days of delivery. 

Of course try-on doesn't count, but please avoid wearing or laundering your pieces until you're 100% sure about them.

We cannot accept items that have been laundered, altered or are missing their original tags. Shop Matriarch LLC reserves the right to deny a refund for returned items that are not up to returned merchandise standards, as listed on this page. Returns are reviewed for condition upon return to facility. 

How to Start a Return

1. Items must have their original tags and be unwashed and unworn to be eligible for return or exchange. If you do not have the original mailer, please place in a mailer of similar size/weight. 

2. Begin an email thread with us! Email shopmatriarch@gmail.com with your order number in the message title. You may also use the 'Request a Return' feature on your Account dashboard.

3. In your email, please note your reason for return (not the right fit, changed my mind, etc.) If your item is defective in some way, please let us know and include a photo of the issue. 

4. If your return request is accepted, you will be sent a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

4. We will take it from there and get you taken care of! Returns and exchanges are handled on a case by case basis.

We will notify you once your return has reached our facility and been approved for quality and integrity. Your refund will be processed at that time to the original form of payment. Please allow 3-7 business days for your financial institution to fully process the refund.

Exchanges

Please reach out if you need to make an exchange. The fastest way to exchange is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new size/color etc. 

Order Issues and Defective Merchandise

Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately with any issues. Please note that all returns and replacements are at the discretion of Shop Matriarch LLC. 

Final Sale and Exceptions

Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return. Purchases are considered final sale after the return window of 15 days.

Shop Matriarch LLC reserves the right to deny a return for any reason.

Note: You will not receive your refund until your items have arrived back at our facility and been inspected for quality and integrity.
